Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Check in: Between 2.00 PM - 6.00 PM. After hours check in by prior arrangement.
  • Check out: By 10.00 AM on day of departure.
  • Camp kitchen: Open from 6.00 AM to 9.30 PM daily. Please ensure that you leave the kitchen & BBQs clean and tidy for other guests.
  • Caravan Sites: Please ensure your vehicle is within the boundaries of your allotted site.
  • Extra Cars, Boats & Trailers: Please advise at time of booking if you are bringing anything other than a car, as only one car is permitted per site/cabin.
  • Reception & Shop Hours: Open from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM Monday to Saturday and 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM Sunday and Public Holidays. Closed Christmas Day and Good Friday.
  • Pets: Must be kept on a short leash at all times. Pets are not permitted in the amenities, laundry, pool or camp kitchen areas.
  • Swimming Pool: The pool is open from 8.00 AM to 8.30 PM daily. Please obey all pool safety signs displayed around the pool.
  • Bikes, Scooters & Skateboards: Appropriate safety gear must be worn at all times. Bike riding is permitted on roadways only.
  • Speed Limit: Roads in the park ARE public roads therefore please obey the signs and observe the 5 km speed limit, which is walking pace.
  • Children: Must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the swimming pool, amenities block, laundry, camp kitchen and TV room and be supervised at all times.
  • Laundry: Our Laundry is open from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM
  • TV/Library Room: Open from 8.00 AM to 6:00 PM daily, outside these time via arrangement with reception.
  • Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all accommodation, camp kitchen, laundry, amenities block, pool area and TV/library room.

Cancellation Policy

  • To make a confirmed reservation, a deposit of one night’s accommodation is required within 14 days of making a reservation. Accommodation may be cancelled with no notice given if a deposit is not received within the required time frame. Deposits can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Direct Deposit.
  • Accommodation fees may not be refundable if your stay is cut short.
  • No refund will apply if cancellation is advised less than 7 days prior to arrival date.
  • If cancellation is advised more than 7 days prior to arrival date, a refund can be arranged.
  • No refund will be automatically given for a simple change of mind, change of circumstances, or the wrong accommodation is chosen.
  • No refund will apply to non-refundable deposits.
  • Whilst all efforts are made to meet your accommodation requests,  management reserves the right to relocate or change cabins or sites after booking. 

CANCELLATION POLICY SPECIAL EVENTS RESERVATIONS:

  • To be confirmed at time of booking i.e. there will not be any change to check in or check out dates agreed to. 

PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION:

  • Accommodation to be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Direct Deposit

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have onsite park staff to assist you. A contact number is available at Reception and provided on your park map you receive on check-in.
  • Yes, we can make arrangements when we know in advance. If you are arriving outside office hours, please call us during reception hours on 07 4774 5205 to make alternate arrangements. All bookings must be paid in full.
  • We have some cabins and sites that are pet friendly. Fetch more information over on our Pets page.
  • We provide you with a small complimentary starter pack including tea, coffee, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, etc. These items are not replaced during your stay, however, more items can be purchased at reception.
  • There is no daily housekeeping or room service.
