What if I need assistance out of hours?

• We have onsite park staff to assist you. A contact number is available at Reception and provided on your park map you receive on check-in.

Can I arrive after the office is closed?

• Yes, we can make arrangements when we know in advance. If you are arriving outside office hours, please call us during reception hours on 07 4774 5205 to make alternate arrangements. All bookings must be paid in full.

Do you accept dogs at your park?

• We have some cabins and sites that are pet friendly. Fetch more information over on our Pets page.

What complimentary inclusions are in the cabins?

• We provide you with a small complimentary starter pack including tea, coffee, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, etc. These items are not replaced during your stay, however, more items can be purchased at reception.
• There is no daily housekeeping or room service.

What size are your sites for caravans, motorhomes, big rigs and camper trailers?

• We have a wide range of powered caravan sites. Please check with us to ensure you book the right size site for your requirements.

Do you have a Dump Point?

• Yes, we have a Dump Point for guests staying in the park.

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use and how much does it cost?

• There is a Guest Laundry located at the rear of the amenities block. The machines take $1 coins only and it is $4 per load (wash or dry).
• Change is available at reception.

Do you have a restaurant or cafe on site?

• There is no restaurant or cafe here at the park, however, we do have a list of great eating options around Townsville, for all budgets, available at reception.

Are you a member of one of the park chains?

• Yes! We are proudly a G'day Park.

Do we need to bring our own linen for the cabin accommodation?

• All of our Villas and Cabins come with bath towels and linen. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
