PET RULES
Pets are allowed with prior approval of management and subject to the following conditions:
- Pets must be restrained on a short leash at all time whilst in the park.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the park.
- No pets are allowed in or around the pool, shop, amenities area, on-site vans, non pet friendly cabins, camp kitchen or any other area where food may be prepared or eaten.
- No visitor’s pets are allowed in the park.
- Tenants entering the park without a pet are NOT permitted to acquire a pet after entering without the prior permission of management.
- Washing and or drying of pet towels, blankets etc. in the park washing machines and dryers is NOT permitted.
- Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of by placing waste in a plastic bag, tied and placed in a garbage bin. Please remember that there are others who frequent and or work in the park – they do NOT need to be reminded of someone else’s pet’s business.
- Pet owners agree to take full responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by their pet whilst within the confines of the park and agree to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to the pet’s activities.

What if I need assistance out of hours?
- We have onsite park staff to assist you. A contact number is available at Reception and provided on your park map you receive on check-in.
Can I arrive after the office is closed?
- Yes, we can make arrangements when we know in advance. If you are arriving outside office hours, please call us during reception hours on 07 4774 5205 to make alternate arrangements. All bookings must be paid in full.
Do you accept dogs at your park?
- We have some cabins and sites that are pet friendly. Fetch more information over on our Pets page.
What complimentary inclusions are in the cabins?
- We provide you with a small complimentary starter pack including tea, coffee, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, etc. These items are not replaced during your stay, however, more items can be purchased at reception.
- There is no daily housekeeping or room service.
