What if I need assistance out of hours?
- We have onsite park staff to assist you. A contact number is available at Reception and provided on your park map you receive on check-in.
Can I arrive after the office is closed?
- Yes, we can make arrangements when we know in advance. If you are arriving outside office hours, please call us during reception hours on 07 4774 5205 to make alternate arrangements. All bookings must be paid in full.
Do you accept dogs at your park?
- We have some cabins and sites that are pet friendly. Fetch more information over on our Pets page.
What complimentary inclusions are in the cabins?
- We provide you with a small complimentary starter pack including tea, coffee, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth, etc. These items are not replaced during your stay, however, more items can be purchased at reception.
- There is no daily housekeeping or room service.
